Overview
An HR web app for managing a company's people and paperwork: an organisational chart, vacancies, inspections and incidents, documents to sign, time off and benefits. I designed the web app and its mobile companion.
Solution
On the web, HR managers see the company as an org chart they can filter by category and role, and manage vacancies, inspections, incidents and company settings from one sidebar. Notifications group activity, inspections and equipment updates by day. The mobile app gives employees the everyday part: vacation days left, time-off requests, time sheets, benefits, documents to sign and emergency numbers, while managers approve or reject requests on the spot.
