Overview
Golden Fleece Marketing builds digital tools for real estate professionals: websites with MLS listings, AI chatbots, SEO and CRM. I designed their own website to sell those services.
Solution
The site speaks to real estate agents in their own terms. The hero promises an ecosystem, not just a website, and shows it: a branded site, listings and a chat window in one picture. Below, each service (custom design, landing pages, MLS/IDX integration, AI chatbot, CRM, SEO) gets its own card, followed by a portfolio of real estate sites and a single call to start.
Show the product, not just the promise
Every tool gets a section that shows it working: MLS listings with search and a map, an AI chatbot answering a buyer’s question about a Beverly Hills property, and SMS and email automation that follows up with new leads. Each one ends with a “Give it a try” form, so agents can test the tool before they talk to anyone.
